210g Salted Butter (melted)
210g Caster Sugar
210g Plain Flour
1 Egg
100g Raisins
100g Chopped Candied Peel
1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
1 tsp Ground Cardamom

For the topping:

1 Egg
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
25g Flaked Almonds
25g Caster Sugar
