Salted Caramel

Method

Place all the ingredients in a pan.

Heat and stir the ingredients together.

Keep stirring while the mixture thickens.

Serve over waffles, pancakes, cakes or whatever you like!

Ingredients

300ml double cream

175g light soft brown sugar

50g salted butter

1tsp salt
